Accepted Payment Methods
We receive payment by the following methods:
- Cash (10% discount available if paid by cash, no discount on tax)
- All major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
- PayPal (for prepaid online bookings)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay (where available)
Payments are secure and converted to USD.
Secure Transactions
We use Authorize.net and PayPal, with 256-bit SSL encryption to safeguard your personal and financial information. We do not retain credit card information.
Booking Deposits & Final Payment
- $1 deposit is required at the time of booking to book your cab.
- The remaining balance is paid to the driver at the end of your trip.

Opt for cash payment after your ride and get 10% off! There are no card fees or surcharges for cash transactions.
Fare Structure & Additional Charges
Depending on your trip, your final fare could be calculated based on mileage or hourly rates.
Additional costs that may apply include:
- Bridge or tunnel tolls
- Airport parking fees (if needed)
- Child seat or minivan
- Late-night or holiday surcharges
- Driver gratuity
All other extras are to be paid directly to the driver on the day in cash.
International Card Payments
We do accept international credit/debit cards as a payment method. However, your bank may deduct a commission for currency conversion or may apply an international transaction fee. Check with your card issuer for details.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before pickup.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled pickup.
- No-shows are charged the full fare.
- If your return is accepted, it will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
